Why does the app require access to Bluetooth and GPS

The application has a feature that enables users to take guided tours through the Gothenburg City Library. For this feature to function correctly the app needs your GPS location and access to Bluetooth. If this feature isn’t something you need or want the rest of the application works fine without access to either GPS or Bluetooth.
