Here at Dynamo Läs the books are arranged according to subject, including fantasy, urban fantasy, dystopia, science fiction, horror and classics. You can find novels, poetry, non-fiction, easy-to-read books, books in languages other than Swedish, films and a great deal besides. On the shelves, there is a range of books in Swedish and English. English novels have their own shelf. If you would like tips on what books to read, simply ask a member of staff or check out the ‘book tip’ shelf.

In Gotlib, you will find everything that can be borrowed via Dynamo and a list of the public libraries in Gothenburg. You can reserve an item to be collected from a library of your choice.

Is there a waiting list for a book that you wish to borrow? Check if it is available as an e-book or e-audiobook instead. You can borrow all the library’s  e-books using your mobile phone, computer tablet or computer. Check out the film showing you what to do, or simply ask a member of staff. Classics and other non-restricted e-books can be borrowed for as long as you wish.

If you have impaired reading ability, you can borrow adapted media and download audiobooks via the Legimus app.

You can find newspapers, magazines and facts about most things using the Library search services. The benefit of digital information is that it is current, as opposed to printed media, which could very easily be out of date. The contents of the library’s search services have been checked and verified, ensuring that you can rely on the information that is presented.
